This property security gate person would not open the gate and the security staff says no one told him we were coming so he wouldn't let us in. He only spoke to us through the cracks on the hinges of the gate. He said he had no phone number for the manager, and that the receptionist had left for the day. We had to find alternative accommodation elsewhere.
