Disappointed

Pros: Rooms were OK
Cons: Staff attitude. Food.
Location: Good location, not far from Nakuru NP.
Disappointing really. Rooms and facilities were good but the food and the staff let it down badly. When we arrived, reception seemed to have lost the booking, claimed that their computer system was down, and we had to pay cash to get the room.

Trés bon hotel pour être a proximité de nakuru sans être dans le centre ville. Calme et avec un trés joli jardin.
