Beautiful scenic outdoor bath, comfortable beds, and good meals. Change rooms were clean, but very run down. Non-smoking room still smelled like smoke, which seems to be normal for big old ryokans. If you really want to avoid smoke, stay in a newer place. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Modern yet traditional Japanese hotel

A wonderful modern Japanese hotel though food was ordinary kaiseki. Great view of river from room and onsen. Wifi was only available at lobby areas but not consistent.

従業員の方がとても少なく、サービスを受けている感じがあまりしませんでした。また、軒先や壁が汚れていたりするところもあり、気になりました。

この温泉はすごくよかったです。 夜、開催される、紙芝居も、女将さんの人情味がでていて凄くよかったです。また必ず行きたいです。
