"It's conveniently located to the station, although Google maps takes you on a really random route. Standard room for two is cosy but, decent enough to have as a base. It's well stocked with good quality amenities and is very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. We didn't have a chance to try out the spa. Overall brilliant experience for a well reasonable price. Would easily recommend."

"Bed was very comfy! View from my room was amazing! Great facilities! Staff were helpful and polite! The only down side was I missed out on Hitsumabushi as I did not know that there were limited quantities. I should have been informed at checkin as I had breakfast included in my room rate so I had salmon instead which was amazingly tasty!"

"Location was near Shin-Osaka station. Rooms need to be better soundproofed as the hotel is under the approach pattern of Itami airport. Jet noise could be heard from before 6AM until 8PM. "
