Convenient location and easy to get on Shinkansen! There's a 7-11 connected on the ground floor and an anime store beside the building.

Convenient location, reasonably sized guest room. However, big let down in terms of staff, some are unfriendly and lack basic courtesy towards their customers.

Very good location. Close to central station, supermarket, restaurants and many convenience stores around.
Rooms are small, but not worse than the average Japanese hotel. Daily cleaning was flawless.
Nice shower, but the tiny bathtub is a waste of space. Front desk was friendly and always tried to be helpful.
