Everything was great, staff, cleaning crew, help when needed, loved having a washing machine, window opens, comfortable bed, quiet street, close to coffee, bakeries, subway, shopping. We didn’t love the breakfast, eggs were cold, no fresh fruit, We will stay here again!

Love the stay it's clean and beautiful. Close to the train station and walkable to points of interest.

From the moment we arrived the staff was incredibly accommodating and kind. We added on an extra night and had to switch rooms. When we went check our luggage, they had already cleaned the next room and we were able to move first thing in the morning. The rooms were very clean too. Close to trains and good restaurants. Thank you so much!

Tokyu Stay was the best hotel we stayed in Japan hands down. SO spacious, so clean, felt very high end for the price, staff was very accommodating and overall was a perfect stay. I would highly recommend.

Super dirty room with food marks on the fridge, carpet. Thick layer of dust everywhere. A very bad smell in the bathroom which you could smell it while sleeping on the bed. I asked the staff to give us another room on another level. The new room was also in the same condition. I know it’s a 3star hotel but hygiene shouldn’t be compromised.
