No parking lot, limited dining, not family friendly. Small and weird layout in room. Check in out area was too cramped and diminutive. Loud music, Will not return.

The ACE in Kyoto was possibly the finest hotel I’ve ever experienced. Beautifully decorated, quality construction, elegant rooms, attentive staff, and even interesting programming in the lobby meeting space. Oh and the pajamas were sublime — I wish I could afford a pair!

This property exceeded all expectations. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff at the property were attentive, personable, and always helpful. And everyone smiled a lot. The restaurants were perfect and the food abide par. I highly recommend the Kyoto Ace Hotel.
