Convenient, comfortable hotel with many amenities, good breakfast and excellent staff near Kanayama Station (1 stop from Nagoya Station). Rooms are larger than most basic Japanese hotels. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Shuttle to the station is also a plus.

The bed was very hard to sleep after long trip

朝食を提供する場所が混雑していて、ソーセージなどのいくつかのアイテムが欠けていたので、交換してもらえるか尋ねたところ、係員はすでになくなったと言いました.

Typical Japanese excellence and superior service.
Posted 7 Jul 2024 on HotelsTypical Japanese excellence, and for a reasonable price. :-) The morning buffet is really busy around 8-9am, but that's to be expected, especially on a Sunday.

We stayed 3 nights in hotel and breakfast were a bit different every day. It’s clean and our room is reasonably sized with queen bed which is very comfortable and affordable.
Family Mart is across the road and parking is easily found. Staff is nice but the coffee machine is always not working. Our kettle is not working too. Overall we are satisfied with the price paid.
