First time staying here. -bathtub/shower HALF glass door is strange. Why not a full sliding door or a simple shower curtain -no phone charger -no pen, notepad -it’s winter but they give you a Yukata. Just provide normal pajamas -tv size is so small compared to the room size -just put a queen bed in there instead of the twin. More than enough room -

The property is in excellent conditions. The staff was really great in every sense. A little bit overpriced in the restaurants, but definitely a recommended place to stay.

We stayed for 3 days, the room was not made up on our first day. Thrash was not cleared on the second day. Toilets had leaks, and shower areas were not very clean, spots and marks everywhere. Poor standard for a Hilton Hotel.

Gracious staff and handy location

This hotel was close to the subway station and many eating establishments. The entire staff - front desk, concierge, restaurant staff, door managers - were attentive and friendly. They took the time to make sure we were protected from the extreme heat and knew safety precautions in case of an earthquake. (There had been one farther west, but we were quite unfamiliar with earthquake events.) The buffet is quite varied and well stocked. The attendants at the fitness area and pool were also attentive and helpful. We were greeted each time we entered and were many times offered help without asking for it. Wonderful stay.

First time traveler to Nagoya. Great location to stay right off the Fushimi station (purple line) and enjoyed my one night stay at the Hilton Nagoya. Would recommend!

This Hilton was the best one that we stayed in while in Japan. It focuses on quality, which we appreciate.
