Hopeless

Pros: The location for everything was good providing you did your Google searches before arriving as there are no info brochures in english .
Cons: printed info , maps and above all else , at least one staff member that has english . The communication was very bad .
Location: The proximity to trams and buses was good , the food places was great , found by just walking around the area , the Peace Park was a short tram ride .
Whilst the hotel is convenient to transport ( sort of ) the staff cannot speak any english at all , and so if you have no japanese or your translator is not accurate you are lost , also none of the signs are in english , it took me 2 days to work out where the bath and showers were . Fortunately there was a toilet on each floor , I was so frustrated with the staff that I left for Osaka a day early and did not even bother about requesting a refund for the lost day as it would have not sunk in anyway .

Convenient and clean capsule/business hotel
Posted 20 Nov 2016 on HotelsThe staff were all very friendly. Great location. Reasonable price. Given it is a capsule/business hotel you need to realise what it ia you are paying for. In terms of these type of hotels it was very good.

Decent capsule hotel
Posted 30 May 2016 on HotelsIt was a good stay, very little English was be spoken by staff and the decor is a bit old. Regardless it was a comfortable bed in a decent location for walking to tourist attractions.

Cheap for a reason, but fine.

Pros: Very cheap, very comfortable bed. One of the better sleeps I've had in ages.
Cons: Lockers are too small. Need to be bigger.
Location: Right on the drinking street. Lots of seedy establishments, but also a lot of nice bars and things. Particularly gay bars.
Being a capsule, of course the rooms are small, and all the general capsule elements. My only real gripe was that the lockers absolutely do not fit even tiny luggage in them. So padlock your bags and leave them at the end of your capsule.
I didn't get a chance to try the spa side of things, but seemed nice enough

Good capsule hotel
Posted 26 Nov 2015 on HotelsComfortable pods and great spa on upper floors. Location was excellent for night life and closeness to the Peace Park. Canteen served good food and staff were always helpful although hardly any English is spoken. It did not matter to me communication is more than just words

Close to a streetcar stop. Stayed for one night. Generally good.
