We checked into the hotel late due to flight schedule.
When we got to the room, we realized the air-condition was not working, and the telephone in the room was not working either. We checked with the reception where it was confirmed the whole facility didnt have working air conditioner. We were promised a stand fan which was never supplied.
it was raining on that day so opening of the windows for cooler air was no option.
Very disappointed and there was no compensation for the inconvinience.

Not so great

Hotel may be getting a bit old, but with its very friendly staff it offers good value for money

No hot water.

1) Wrong information by staff..Receptionist had told me I have to pay separately for use of Health Club when the same is complimentary for in house guests.
2)Defective shower room and water leakages on floor.
No hot water from shower
3) Spa had no towels--I was told they had all gone for laundry.
4)Though food was good , waiter service in dining room was very poor.
