Property is located in a convenient location if you are in Nairobi for business since it's walkable to down town Nairobi & the free way to the International Airport is close by. The staff here is great, especially the security team. Rooms don't have air conditioning so it can get really hot in the summer seasons...they provide a fan upon request. Laundry room is far off from room, if you are staying for long. Not a lot of entertainment option to view on the in-room tv. There's a pool. Property is close to road so morning can get noisy if window is open due to matatu traffic. No dining options here so you have to order food or drive/walk to restaurants in Nairobi.

Posted 16 Apr 2024 on HotelsUnfortunately I had to move into a 2 bedrooms because 1 bedroom block doesn’t have elevators. Staff was amazing especially Felicita who kept our apartment immaculate. Location was excellent due to close proximity to everything. Couches and beds could use upgrade. Wifi wasn’t too great but ok. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay there again. The apartments met our needs.

The staff from security, maintenance and receptionist are welcoming. Hotel is walk-able to downtown/central business district and easy access to main roads and expressway to airport if you drive. Hotel is affordable but does not have onsite restaurant, but has options to cook food in your room. You can request a fan if room is hot since there is no AC in room. Hot water provided. There is also a room and laundry room with wash machine, however no dryer but you can request a cloths line which you can set up on balcony/patio. Overall good experience staying here.
