A very poor standard level
Posted 19 Nov 2020 on HotelsNothing between the description and the comments about his hotel on your site and between the reality. This hotel is an old one, with poor mantenance' situaated near a slum.
I booked for 5 nights, was charged before my arrival there, and I left after 2 nights witout being refunded. I feel cheated and It was my first and my last time ill book by your site.

Thanks for booking with us and giving us the opportunity to host you.
It is unfortunate that your expectations were not met during your stay with us and we do really apologize for that.
However, the issue of being refunded I explained to you that we only do free cancellations when a guest cancels their reservation at least 48 hours before the Check In date, any cancellations after that we charge the full cost of the stay.
The hotel hotel is now 5 years old and we are located near a residential area, shopping centers and different organizational offices.
The biggest slum in the sub Saharan Africa that is Kibera is located some Kilometers away from the hotel but not so near as you have indicated on your review.
Once again we do apologize for a disappointing stay and we welcome any further queries any time.

The work staff are the best thing about the hotel
Welcoming and friendly and happy to help.
I didn’t like the bathroom. The door couldn’t open
Completely and I had to turn sideways to enter
And exit. I also constantly tripped over the
Doorstop placed in the middle of the floor. Lastly
The lighting is dim and neither of the lamps worked

Worn hotel, need better maintance - lack AC
Posted 5 May 2019 on HotelsWhen checked in found out No AC available, only a Fan! The room i was given, safe was not working, refridgerator not working, they try fix. but in the end after waste an hour or so, they upgraded me to a different room, still safe here also not working, but was fixed after another half hour. Hotel looked worn, staff tried their best, but with such start is not easy to change the impression. would not stay there agian.
