Based on your response, your unprofessionalism and lack of tact speaks volumes. I spent over 155500 on my stay and would not complain about a measly 14500. You are clearly in need of more training because your mathematical skills are subpar. You also gaslighted me when you are clearly the one with a problem. Money is not a problem for me. I don't see why you would resort to tricks and name calling just because of a simply review. I actually find it funny. I honestly don't care what you think about me. I was able to afford all that money for my stay and if I say it was terrible, it clearly was. About my emotional wellbeing, anyone would be angry after seeing the invoice and comparing it with the Mpesa transactions which show I was clearly conned..but no thief will admit they were caught stealing. You can say what you want me but you are clearly the one with the problem. I was away from the hotel for a while and there's no way the cleaner would have been able to clean. Professionalism means you think about solutions with tact, clarity and decorum and unfortunately, you lack in all of this. I know you will still reply with something vile, as a reflection of your own character.
