The City itself appears unsafe; however, the hotel has a high level of security.

This is a great hotel in Nairobi. The breakfast buffet was amazing as was the rooftop restaurant. There were four in our group and we were all very satisfied.

The property was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My issue overall was couldn’t get access to the elevator and my room because my room key seems to be expired before checking out of the hotel.

This is the second time I have stayed at IBIS Hotel Westlands. I like this property because of the reasons listed. Although on the small side the rooms offer comfortable beds and clean surroundings. The room service is good and the staff are helpful. The food in ground floor restaurant is very good and I have opted to purchase breakfast as a part of my booking. I have never been disappointed in the vast breakfast selections. I have also eaten dinner in their restaurant and found it to my liking. The wait staff are pleasant and helpful, clearing used dishes from your table in a timely fashion. Because of my experiences I will stay at IBIS Westlands again. They provide a very good value for the money!

Property is somewhat clean could be better but liked it overall the staff is very nosey btw
