I booked a shuttle. Essential for this close to airport hotel. It didn’t appear and I had to use an expensive taxi

All the staff were extremely polite, friendly and professional. The transfers to and from the hotel and airport were very convenient. The room was well kept and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. Very happy with our stay at this hotel.
