Complete disaster

It was a complete disaster. the Hotel was closed and no one was there to sort out the mess, still I have been charged full price, I had to find another place at ight!

Hello Stephen, Thank you for your review. We did our best to offer an alternative since Alma Hotel was under renovation. You stayed at the alternative hotel (Leleshwa Inn) which we paid for. You were not charged any extra money as claimed. We apologized and still apologize for the inconvenience. Regards, Faith
