Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Terrible

After booking I arrived there and the clerk had no idea I had booked a room. Called his manager who was fumbling through 3 different cellphones looking for my booking. Btw the name of the hotel is not what’s on the property or website. Spent about 30 minutes looking for my booking with no luck. I asked to see the room as I was at this point going to just pay again for the room as it was already 8pm and I was tired. Went to see the room and turned right around and left. Terrible room and not clean. Not sure how Hotels.com allowed this property to advertise on the site.
