rooms where not upto mark as compared with price.....bathroom was very small....but the view was awsome

The place is not even close to the photos on site. 2 night there, elevators dis not work. Elders had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. 2nd days they had turned lights off, waoting for accident ro happened. 2nd time there in 2 years, all the renovation mentiomed to is during 1st visit. Not there. Got worse. Never again will we stay there. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

We have check your complaint with concern person regarding elevators and we have found that due to electrical fault elevators was not working in the morning. Mechanical/Electrical Faults are not in our control. However, the fault was rectified same day and elevators was working by evening. We have 02 Genset for electric back in our resort to start them it will not take less than 02-05 minutes. As you know very well that nainital is a hill stations & this is a Monsoon time, it is so difficult to put always genset online mode. Yes we have renovated our resort , however we are sadden by the fact that you did like the renovation. We tried our best and even upgraded your room Free of charge so that both your rooms can be on the same floor. Again we are apologizing for your inconvenience stay if you can put this matter in our knowledge on the same day than we can provide you rooms on first Floor. Please Visit Again we will try to make it Happy. Please feel free for further clarifications Thanks & Regards Manager

It was amazing for me during my visit on 29th March 19... 1. We were given a room in 4th floor but lift was out of order and couldn't be repaired during stay. 2. Wi-Fi was not working. 3. TV was not working and despite of repeated complaint no one came to attend. I don't understand why anyone should pay so much for such facilities. Hotel needs a lot of improvement.

最悪でした

施設、接客態度、食事、インターネット環境等、全てにおいて最悪でした。それに対してのホテル価格が高すぎる。今まで宿泊したホテルで最悪でした。Hotels.comのホテルから外すべきだと感じた。
