Staff service and attentiveness levels very high. Standards across the board very high.
Two very small points for hotel to consider:
1: Passenger lift to have fan / ventilation added (we live in hot climate and lift in our apartment has this)
2: For the rooms like ours for this stay that have terrace day bed it would be great to have a shaded area / parasol so can sit out on terrace and enjoy views without direct sun to deal with.

In regards to your comments, I am happy to announce that we have just completed replacing our luggage elevator with a new one and that next year we will replace our guest elevator, which will include cold air ventilation. It appears that you stayed in a Grand Ocean View Room. Our 40 Ocean View Suites feature in addition to the daybed also a large umbrella which gives extra shade under the sun. Very nice hotel overlooking one of the best beaches. Excellent staff and breakfast, good restaurants but a bit overpriced for what they offer. The pool is small and didn’t use it much but the view is great. Just be careful with the location. A bit far from other beaches of the west side and nightlife but depends on what you are after. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Fantastic panoramic view of the Andaman sea, great sunset with nothing blocking the horizon.
Breakfast is robust and fresh! Staff is very friendly, and matters such as luggage drop, checkout, room service, requesting more towels, etc is seamless. Very quiet vibe

This property is located on a perfect beach. The breakfast is excellent! Staff is very helpful. I would definitely return!

My first time visiting Thailand and The Nai Harn made it memorable. They have great dining options on the property and a few off within walking distance on the beach. I recommend their buffet style breakfast with plenty of options. Overall, thankful for the friendly staff and the hospitality!

Beautiful hotel. We were given a room upgrade upon arrival as hotel was low in occupancy. Beautiful patio with great views of ocean and beach. Direct beach access. Breakfast was great. We had dinner twice at hotel restaurant Rock Salt and food and service was great. Amazing views while eating at Rock Salt.
