"The packages & letters received for Hotel Guest needed to be notified to the Guest of such items arrival. I have inquired my packages arrival , because Of my sender’s inquiry. Hotel never notified me for “ 3 Days” until I inquired at Front desk. Could be an important items. !!!!"

"Great spot. Close to Tokorozawa Station. Shops, restaurants and bakeries are a short walk. The room was kind of small for 3 large American men. The communication with us was excellent. Very quiet location but close to things to do."

"建物は経年が感じられますが 室内はリノベーションされており また清潔に保たれていました。 夕方入室した際 暖房で暖められていて 冷えて疲れた体が癒されました。 駅に程近く、コンビニ、飲食店も充実していました。駐車場はなく、近隣のパーキング周辺は道幅が狭いため少し遠くを利用しました。"

"元は古いアパートを、内装・設備を新しくして、しかもとても清潔な状態で提供いただいています。 いい滞在になるようにとの気遣いを感じられる気持ちの良い宿です。 （シャワーのお湯の温冷が安定せず苦労しましたが（笑）） メールで来る自動連絡？からの返信ができなかったり、チェックアウトのこれも自動連絡？がチェックアウト後に来たり、がちょっと残念でしたが、 直接メールで丁寧にフォローいただきました。 ありがとうございました。"
