Needs a better manager when owner isn't present
Posted 23 Dec 2022 on HotelsThe service was good initially. I booked JK Koradi by mistake and called to shift it to JK Nagpur. They were accommodating in that and told me that an additional 1000 per room would be charged as a cost difference between the two hotels. As long as the owner or his daughter was present. They seem to be efficient. Else, it's very poor. We booked two rooms. Both rooms didn't have remotes for TV and AC. I had to request towels as none were present. One room was spacious and the other was slightly cramped. Both same cost though. We had booked complimentary breakfast but we had to literally follow up with the owner to get this. As the staff mentioned there was no complimentary breakfast. Once coordinated with them and also mentioned from 8.00 am we needed breakfast and had to leave early we received the breakfast by 9.30 am. Just two idlis for a person. Nothing else. When asked for a vada or something else no response after that. (Not exaggerating) So had to leave as it was getting late. The rooms were neat though.
