The hotel is in Japanese style but the facility inside is very modern and hi tech.

Not recommend with kids
Posted 8 Apr 2018 on HotelsCustomer service is not good. Bought the package with including breakfast but breakfast time starts at 8am with exception of 7:30am earliest. We had a 10am flight and asked for earlier but they were not able to help. Asking for refund was denied. Asked for any alternative but also not available. I feel this hotel is quite a rip off.

Excellent Japanese Hotel with Onsen by the Sea

Cons: Can consider installing a TV instead of using iPad.
Location: Hotel is located about 3 minutes driving time from Utsumi train station. Utsumi station to airport is about 1.5 hours. There is a MOS Burger nearby.
We have to commend this hotel and its staff. The service is excellent and impeccable. They are very friendly and very willing to pick you up from the Train Station. The room gives a view of the beach/ocean. Can imagine during the Summer it would be very beautiful. Breakfast is excellent. The first day was Japanese, the second day was western and Japanese. Private onsen is available upon request. The room is very spacious and well laid out. The only downside is it is rather far from where the action is.

Thank you for staying with us at Wakamatsu Chita. The beach is known for its white sand and Californian vibe during the summer. If you ever have the chance to visit again, please come stay with us again during summer to enjoy the summer breeze.
