poor communication

I received an email about how to enter the property which was supposed to contain a Google Drive file with information on how to enter, use wifi, etc. but the link did not work. I sent a response message asking for assistance and I never heard anything in return.

The room was perfect, very clean and tidy, the instructions to get to the location and the guide book were very helpful! I wish more places would have the detail that this location had!

It can't be helped that the building is old, but the floors creaked and it was a little uncomfortable.

家族4人で宿泊できる部屋がなかなかなかったのですが、ここであれば、4人泊まれるだけでなく、キッチンや電子レンジなどもあり、助かりました。 また名古屋に滞在の際はお願いしたいです。

建物自体は年数が経っていると思いますが、掃除が行き届いて清潔です。駅が近く便利です。すぐに返事が来てスムーズにコミュニケーションがとれます。また名古屋に来た時はよろしくお願いします。
