The reception staff is very good. The room and facilities in the room are worth the price paid. The light in the room is a bit dim but it's okay. The hotel bus driver was very helpful. Overall, everything is very good. I am very impressed.

The hotel was really close to the airport and people in the hotel was totally fine to move suitcases with the airport's cart. The area was very quiet and clean, however, restaurant options were kind of limited once you leave the airport.

Absolute top hotel nearby Nagoya airport. Excellent location. Rooms very big for Japan. All facilities in house so no need to go out. Breakfast fantastic with plenty of choice for western or asian tastes, even a cook to make eggs to your wishes as you wait.

Close to the airport

Easy to locate and very convenient to the airport. The shuttle bus driver was exceptionally outstanding in service. He was polite and made the extra effort to drop me off at where I need to go at the airport.
