Standard business hotel. Everything at the front desk is automated so staff will not assist with anything such as calling a taxi.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was super clean. Good variety for breakfast and free coffee / tea all day long.

Good location near Nagoya Station

Decent hotel for short stay, close to Nagoya station. Small room for a double bed so it’s a bit tight with two people. Barely any space for more than one carry-on luggage. Bathroom feels like a modular bathroom. Decent breakfast included.

This hotel was clean, convenient, and had good breakfast options that were included with the room. It was also modern and not dated like some other hotels we have stayed at. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
