The room was unexpectedly small sized so there wasn't sufficient space to move around. The TV programme variety and bath area were good.

Good location, easy to get to, and nearby the gathering point for many Klook tours.

Property was ok but room was very tiny. AIRCON/HEAT IS CENTRALLY CONTROLLED BY THE HOTEL AND CAN ONLY BE SET TO EITHER AIRCON OR HEAT - NO GUEST CHOICE BY INDIVIDUAL ROOM. Even though the room was VERY hot, the hotel had selected the system for heat only, no aircon possible, and no fan. We were told to “open the window” which was not designed to be opened more than a few inches. The room was stifling. On top of that, it was then difficult to sleep due to all of the train station and late-night revelers’ noise. This was completely unacceptable and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if they expect to be able to have control of the temperature in their room.

Our hotel has centralized management of the air conditioning, and all rooms are set to heating during the current season.
