I visit the property in 2019 and it was better maintained and breakfast was better. The hotel changed owners and it is not the same quality anymore. They forgot to clean our room, we had at 8.00 am breakfast and where not in the room the whole day, we got clean towels and the reception. Next time I look for another hotel, it is expensive and for that price I find something else.

This is my second stay at this hotel. It is perfect! close to all amenities of the town. Clean quiet and modern. Great staff also

The hotel is located in a rather central area that's good for exploring the Black Forest! The facilities are very modern while the rooms are very clean and cosy! The rooftop sauna has a great view of the town, it's quite a fantastic place to just lay back and chill! The service attitude of the staff there was excellent and they accommodated all of our requests with a smile, a big thumbs up to them! :)
