The hotel has great view of city of Nagasaki, but location is a little inconvenient. There are no restaurant or convenience store nearby. It is located high hill, it's hard to walk to city. There are no laundry, it is also inconvenient. They have shuttle service, which is good to go to Nagasaki station or to the mountain to see night view of the city. The staff are friendly, hotel is old, not updated. My room's toilet water did not stop. If you come here by car, it might not be a problem, but If you arrive here by public transportation, not so good.

Shuttle bus service from and to railway station

Japanese standards (altho on par for Australian hotel laundry services).
The wifi was so slow that I could not use various websites, including my bank's website which was a nuisance as I wanted to convert money to yen (cheaper to do this online than by withdrawing at ATM).
