Great location.
Posted 26 May 2024 on HotelsNice hotel in a great location to new Nagasaki station, street cars and bus station. Rooms are small but no surprise and no complaints. Everything worked, nice staff with automated check-in/out kiosks. Would stay again. All good.

Across the street from the Tram and Nagasaki Station. Good food options inside Amu Plaza (definitely recommend over paying for hotel breakfast just for variety). Family Mart and Lawsons around the corner. Property is outdated, but met my needs. Elevator smelled like cigarettes. Laundry was about 500 yen (300 to wash, 100 for 20 min., but clothes won’t dry in 20 min). Bathroom is modular, and you have to step up like 10 inches (this seems dangerous for older people or having to use the toilet at night). I tripped twice during my stay. Staff were very helpful and checkin/out was very easy.
