The location was very good to have the access from the station. The room was clean and comfortable.

Good hotel for a short stay

This 5 star rating is for room on opposite side of train tracks. This was my second stay at The Mets during my time in Japan. First stay my room was on train track side which was a bit noisy for me resulting in a 4 rating.
However staff and service are 5 stars for both stays. Always friendly and helpful. I had left my camera battery charger during my first stay and they had it ready for me when I arrived.
Location is great because the JR is on the same level of lobby so you do not need to walk out in the elements.

Great location! Only draw back is thin walls. Also be sure to ask for room not on JR track side of hotel.
