"Fantastic location linked to Midori mall and JR Nagano station. Close to various eateries, convenient stores and DONKI. Tokyota rent a car is few mins walk away. Zenjoji bus right outside JR station."

"We had a great stay. Check in was easy, the rooms are clean and the staff was great. The location is close to a lot, less than 10 minutes to the train station. Only downside is the age of the bldg, internet and phones were not working."
