Not a good stay this time
Posted 18 Jul 2024 on HotelsNormally when i stay here the treatment is outstanding. Don't want to give a full review cause im still at the hotel and im sure the staff will treat me even worse cause they gossip too much. But its ok i Won't be coming back here again

The whole experience was superb. Staff were courteous and respectful. The only flaw was the pool. The area was dark. And the water was itchy.

I had a good experience during my stay. Courteous staff. Nice and clean room. The pool needs daily maintenance. The water is itchy and the area is dark.

Another great stay, but the property is showing signs of aging. We have stayed at this property every year since opening, but this year we noticed water stains on wall, and black mold in bathroom caulk and tiles. As a hotel this should be cleaner for this brand.
