I was very dissatisfied spending money booking this resort. Breakfast buffet was no near to continental breakfast. Couldn't sleep dueto noisy air conditioner. Was very disappointed

Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry that in your case you are not happy with what we offer. We did not received any complained from you whilst stayed at the resort and we thought that everything is alright. Actually we provide complimentary tropical buffet breakfast and not continental, we also provide hot breakfast where you can order separate with an extra cost.
We will try to improve our service and what we offer to our guest so their will be least complain at all.

Beautiful peaceful resort

Horrible, dishonest and disgusting! Ripoff
Posted 17 Aug 2018Please DO NOT GO THERE! This is an Indian owned resort and they’re so tight that their continental breakfast includes bread, butter and jam! They’ll charge you extra for everything else. Their menu is the same every day, it’s a horrible and boring fast food menu that’s over priced.
The fish and chips we ordered were the left overs of the night before and they reheated it. Fish was so chewy that we didn’t eat it. Dirty table clothes that are reused everyday.
The staff are extremely sus, they told us that they don’t know how the safe box works! They don’t offer room service unles you go and ask for it. They don’t even have bins in the bathrooms. No shops in the resort and for anything you need they’d charge you a transfer fee of $60-80 to take you to shops.
We were told $60 for return transfers but on our return they demanded $170.00! Please DON’T SUPPORT this place as they treat tourists like baits.
During our stay there were only 4 other people and half of them left early. We left 2 nights early even though they don’t refund. Btw the hot water in the showers also last for about 5 mins maximum!
Also before you pay the final bill ask for an itemised list because they just add things to charge you. Also please do not be honest about your job when they ask you because they’ll price everything based on how much they think you earn.
This is the dodgiest place I’ve ever been to and I don’t recommend it to anyone, specially if you’re going with family.

Peaceful but resort not maintained

Pros: Loved that it was peaceful
Cons: Maintenance of the resort. At other resorts you see staff cleaning all areas that guests use. Rooms need to be consistently stocked eg towels, coffee
Location: Location is nice and taxis are great and cheap if you need to go into town
Lovely spot but facilities not taken care of. The mini golf course needed to be swept every day. The pool was a bit murky compared to the clear water at other resorts. The pool slide was fun. The staff are lovely. The workmanship on the bure’s were not of a professional standard. This resort could be magnificent if it was tidied up.

I didnt like the management very rude guy aman and the owner Lashmi is very rude too no good customer service ac was broken all the while i was there i didnt like the seevice they dont have a smiley face croackoes was inside the hotel when we tell them they said what can we do very poor treatment for tourist over they didnt expected that from them my rate to them is big 0000

Nice hotel and friendly staff,
Could be better if the towels are change every day and a bin be into the room.
A hottest shower could be a benefit,.
For a couple who want travel by hisself, the informationa given to find some place is not enough.
