We enjoyed our time at the Radisson Blu, staff were awesome, nothing to fault

Loved our stay, staff are amazing and rooms cleaned well. Great for kids for swimming however Kids club was a let down - no where to really play and didnt realise kids club activities wasnt included in our package and everything cost extra for kids activities.

The staff made me felt special and the fresh flowers that were placed throughout the resort daily.

We were unaware the hotel was undergoing renovations. For the first 3 mornings we had breakfast in a temporary area. It wasn’t the best experience. However the blu grill opened its doors for breakfast on the 4 th morning and was a big improvement. Some staff could be more attentive. It’s my 1st time in Fiji but comparing it with let’s say Thailand, the latter would win. Service, Hotel, communication all better. Any to be fair we had a good time but one or 2 things can be improved.
