Checkin time was 3PM and we only got our room at 4PM. We had requested a late checkout but hotel was booked so were not given any option even though we had a 9 month baby and requested if possible plus we got our room later than the 3PM check in time. Dinner at Nuku restaurant was not great, very salty and when we told staff she didnt apologise or even say anything she just heard and went. We then went to the asian restaurant the next day it was good food and staff were very nice here compared to Nuku for dinner. Staff for buffet breakfst at Nuku were amazing and helpful.
Our room had lots of small ants everywhere.

Staff were very friendly. Awesome pools. Wear and tear in the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom (it didn’t affect our stay), and the view from our room was stunning. We stayed in the 1bdrm oceanview with kitchenette and laundry. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Hilton but we did find the food overpriced at the restaurants so we chose to dine outside of the resort.

What's not to like!. Stunning location next to the beach rooms with sea views. Choice of cafe, bars, restaurants and souvenir shops. Bus runs on regular intervals throughout Denarau and to Marina. You cannot fault their hospitality, the staff throughout the property are super friendly and helpful. Shout-out to ELEONOA (front office), Big Wais (transport), ADI (Nuku), PAWAN (Koro) and there are others. We were grieving for loss of a loved one but they all went extra mile to create a memorable experience. We'll be staying at Hilton Fiji again. Thank you

Everything was good but the Hotel should provide a Microwave in the Room.

Needs upgrade, has a very bad bug issue my room was moved 3x due to ants in my bed and mosquitoes biting me over 50x in one night. Hilton or the property has addressed this issue.. don’t waste your time or money here.

Hotel is situated in a prime location with most properties having a sea view along the extensive length of the resort. Rooms are comfortable but slightly tired looking and maybe in need of refurbishment but well equipped with amenities. Choice of dining in resort was good and more options at Denarau Port are only 5mins (bus) 20mins(walk) away.
