I booked online and got the apartment and upon arrival I wanted to change to a smaller room, but it was not accepted and refunded. I feel like I am being rob.

The property is conveniently located in the city, offering easy access to nearby amenities. However, it is quite dated, and there has been little to no investment in maintenance or upgrades for some time. Unfortunately, it seems the management is operating the place with minimal effort to enhance the guest experience, which is reflected in the overall condition of the property
