Have had two separate stays there and we really enjoyed it as a family. We didn't mind the construction and we cannot wait to see the entire place once construction is finished. It was a bit weird that they didn't accept local Fiji cards for the pre-authorization/ bond, only overseas cards and cash.

Can only fault that there was some construction going on and no shuttle bus service to and from the airport. considering its so close to the airport. Beautiful property and pool areas are amazing. The food and bar options plentiful. The Italian restaurant was outstanding. The rooms are nothing exciting but nice enough. Unfortunately nothing around the area of note outside the resort. Construction is happening around the resort but it didn’t bother us.

I was worried from reading reviews from other people that we were going to experience a bit of noise from your construction. There was very little, and all in daylight hours. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and outstanding service. The staff were amazing—each and every team member went out of their way to make sure I had a memorable stay. Whether it was the front desk staff, the restaurant servers, or the housekeeping team, everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with a smile.
