It was just an overnight stay on a long trip. It provided me with exactly what I needed; a good, comfortable night’s sleep.

Was not greeted as a Hilton honors member and had to supply all personal contact info that was previous submitted when reservation was made. Room was not the room reserved.

The hotel was fine but the town of Nacogdoches was dirty, homeless everywhere, felt unsafe.

Bed in our room had bodily fluids on it and hair from another person

Elevator did not work and we were on the third floor. The last thing you want to do after a long day of traveling is hike it up three floors of stairs with your luggage. Other than that one issue, the hotel is very quiet and clean. We will stay there again next time we are in town.
