If your prefer a quiet jog or walk there are plenty of excellent trails in the Nacka Nature Reserve Hellasgarden is an ideal starting point for longer trails. The nature reserve offers plenty of options if you enjoy hikes, running, swimming and fishing.
Visit Jarla Lake where locals go for a refreshing swim during the summer months by the communal beach, Sickla Strandbad. It's easy to make your way to Nacka with local buses, but the quick and convenient commuter train Saltsjobanan is the quickest and most convenient option from the central Stockholm.
