We were a little hesitant about booking the Planet Hollywood hotel because we were worried it might be too "gimmicky" and we wouldnt get a good vibe for the culture and country. It was awesome- far exceeded our expectations. The resort was smaller, but all the staff got to know us, were super friendly and wabted to make sure we had an amazing experience. They had a lot of restaurant options, and the food was DELICIOUS. We have been to a few all-inclusive resorts before, and this one had the beat food by far. They have a coffee shop with freshe coffee, pastries and ice cream. The buffet was expansive with a lot of options, and the dinner restaurants were incredible. We had lunch by the pool at the burger bar often, as they always had entertainment happening dueing the day by the pool or at night in the main building- we were never bored! It was wonderful for our teenage daughters to be able to wander by themselves and we didn't feel nervous for their safety. We would definitely reccomend it to anyone, and we hope to come back!

The staff welcomed us with such a great entrance and got us checked in super fast. We loved the resort, cleanliness and ALL of the staff. The pool entertainment was bt far the best out of any resort we have been to.

This resort had everything that I could want and ask for out of a vacation. The food, staff, excursions, and the property itself were all amazing. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

Overall a very basic resort. Dining options including the Al carte were not good. Travel extensively the worst buffet we have ever had at an all inclusive. Our room was not cleaned one day our ac was not cooling they “supposedly” came 3 times to fix it but it never worked. The beach is in poor condition old run down chairs. Alcohol is watered down, pool chairs also in poor condition. The only positive is the staff all were friendly

The staff the facility was wonderful, but the food had a lot to be desired was really unhappy there with their food and any other restaurants.
