15 minutes ride to Foxwoods by way of a winding road, but the price was reasonable and expanded breakfast was good. A computer glitch locked us out of our room after midnight.

The 2 bedroom suite was awesome and had everything in the room that you could possibly need during your stay. First thing I didn't like is that there is 2 separate buildings and I had to walk outside to get to the pool or lobby for breakfast. Second, the pool water was heated but still on the cold side for December.

Our room had bed bugs in both the bedroom mattress as well as the pull out couch mattress
I told the staff we wouldn’t be staying in the room or at the hotel because it was very dirty and unsafe as well as unsanitary staff did nothing about this situation when I requested a refund
I asked to I be contacted immediately by a manager I have yet to be contacted to discuss major concerns as well as be refunded for my stay
This was a weekend get away for my daughter for her birthday she was very upset we had to find a different hotel to sleep in because the room was very dirty
I would love to change my ratings and review if this could be handled immediately by properly management
I have pictures I can and will send to management as well as corporate if needed all I’m asking for is a refund as we felt very unsafe and unsanitary staying in this hotel
We frequently travel for dance competitions and other sporting events and stay in many hotels around the east coast Including this major hotel that I truly love and trust to sleep at with not only myself but my children
Please feel free to contact me immediately as I’m only looking out for the health and safety of other guests as well as myself and my children

Expeida, i thought was a reputable site. Did the research before allowing places on their website. The Residence inn located in Mystic was horrible. Mold, broken light shades. The door's dead bolt latch was bronken. It was so hot in the room,not a big deal but when we went to open the windows half of them wouldn't open. The ones we could had no screens. Please ,if you have your customers interest at heart due your due diligence and have people check out these places before you allow them on your website. The couch and chairs were ripped. To pay 440.00 for one night is unacceptable. I will never trust Expedia again.
