The property as I said is average, nothing fancy about the place. The issue I have that my credit card was stolen in the room. The housekeeper don’t speak English and when I asked the front desk manager he said nothing was turned in even though I left the room no more than 2 minutes. By the time I went back in the room the housekeeper was already in there and said she found nothing. Safe to say I won’t be returning.

We really love staying here.But When driving in to park, when there aren't enough spaces in front you have to drive around the to the back parking lot. From the front it turns into a very small and bmnarroe and twisting road to the back upper lot. At night its almsot impossible to see where your driving because its not lit. The back lot which has alot of spaces has one lonely light pole way to the back that is never lit, At all! Its very dangerous to have no lighting in the back, not only because its hard to see whereyour going but because anyone can hide and jump you at any time. Last year it wasnt lit and this yesr a year later amd its still not working. We had to oark jn the back twice this weekend and it was completely dark except for the light from the neighboring Rio restaurant. PLEASE HAVE THEM REMEDY THAT ISSUE. It is a safety issue.

The property was conveniently located. The inclusive breakfast was very average. The room, 124, was satisfactory although carpet was dingy. The pool was so so. The advertised hot tub was discontinued and a huge disappointment!! Mgmt response was bs and no effort to remedy was offered. Honesty once pawned is seldom redeemed. Definitely, a tarnish to brand name!
