We had to leave early morning to Nanjanagud and there was no freaking hot water. I called the reception and people didn’t answer. The person who was supposed to answer the call was sleeping. I had to go down and wake him up. The room was also average. I’ve seen cleaner hotels. The sheets were old. Food was ordinary

It was all good. clean, good room and good location and well lit with a good restaurant. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is that after I paid all my restaurant bill for dinner, next AM while checking out they held us up saying I still have some due from dinner last night. I just paid and left, didn't want to fight for a small amount but rue the time loss and why we were not told right after dinner if that was the case.

Had a peaceful stay. Very good breakfast and good room amenities except hair dryer which was not working.

Mold in bathroom. No proper cleaning. Staff was courteous but the hotel was understaffed and basic services like cleaning and laundry that are offered in standard Indian hotels were not regular. Unclean sheets and unhygienic bathroom.
