"It's the era of EVs so it's mandate that we maintain dedicated ev charging station and not let ICE cars park in EV zones we ended up spending 2 hours running around the parking area to get the ICE cars removed and 2 out of 3 charging stations were not functioning!! What kind of maintenance is this?? When asked staff responds that not many EVs visit our property...please consider having separate parking just for EVs since you have acres of land in the property also have more security staff to...

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The travel service is great and their communication is excellent. The gym was really nice too...My only compliant is there is a bit of a musty smell on the 4th floor but other than that it's great."

Rooms wasnt well prepared... only 2 towels, no hand towels, leaky water faucet made the whole bathroom wet.. no floor towels, broken clothes hanger behind toilet door. King bed was bent in the middle due to age.. Ive been a windflower patron for over 15 years, Overall not worth the money anymore unless they do a major overhaul. "
