The staff at Sand Dunes treat you like family. I even got a hug from the lady to sweeps the floors when we left. And the Manager (Jan) is amazing! He does everything in his power to make your stay better.

Beds were extremely hard and painful. The indoor pool was cloudy and the water smelled mildew like an old mop. Random knats in the room. Room service failed to bring us any clean towels when we asked for them. Everything else was decent.

Bathroom fan inoperable, no alarm clock or radio, no utensils, no bible, no blankets, no local directory, tv signal would was not consistent & had several signal interference on some channels. Not what I thought was getting. Overall the stay was restful.
