There was a plunger in my bathroom. The paint was falling off. The carpets had not been vacuumed. The sliding glass door would not slide. The cieling tiles were failing. The elevators didn't work. The pop machine were marked incorrectly. The front desk had no time for you at check out or any time other than check in. The welcome packet was all about selling a time share. The hot tub had black stuff floating in it. The gift shop was half illuminated. There was a couch outside on the second floor balcony upright reminded me of hangover with the mattress. This hotel needs to close down and revamp. Totally unacceptable. I would not stay here again nor recommend to any one.

Property is average for the area, older hotel with scuffs on furniture and walls, with stains on the carpet. A lot of dust could be openly seen behind the beds, as if no cleaning had ever been done there. Boards underneath the mattresses were not in place, sticking out, and had to be repositioned. Calls were made three days in a row asking for clean towels and toilet paper, which never arrived. We ended up having to take some toilet paper rolls off a cleaning cart in the hallway. Views are spectacular, ruined only by the constant smell of marijuana and cigarettes coming from other balconies.

Great stay as always. This is the best location on the beach. Not too crowded and plenty of amenities and restaurants. Clean room with the best views.
