The property is very nice. Nice location. The mattress was terrible. very uncomfortable. However, we did complain we were moved and the mattress was better.

I always enjoy my stay at Kingston Plantation. My villa could stand some upgrades in furniture and bedding. But despite that concern I’m pleased. I do wish the residents of the condos were included in the complimentary managers reception

Kingston Plantation never disappoints. We stayed in a beautiful oceanfront 1 bedroom condo that was well maintained with appealing home decor.
