Hotel had an issue with their hot water. We did not have hot water for 5 days!!!! Terrible

The hotel had an issue with the hot water. There was NO hot water, and they could not resolve the issue for 5 days. Incredible.

The suite I booked was amazing. But the room could have been cleaner.
