Paper thin walls. Very noisy. You hear everything. Appliances are cheap and the stove was falling apart. Everyday was supposed to bring new towels. 2 of the 5 days had no towels. We had to wash our own and get our own detergent. Pool towels were scarce.

We hate to hear that you faced issues receiving towels, that is not typical of the service we strive to provide, if there is a "Do not disturb" sign on the door they will not stop for towels. We always keep extra items like towels, coffee, trash bags, etc at the desk as well. We will be sure to review these comments with our team, to show them how they could have provided better service. We hope to see you at Grande Shores again soon!!

Overall a good stay, elevators are slow. Near many eateries and activities.

We think our location is terrific as well, being just feet from the beach but still near some great dining and entertainment options. Family vacay with a bad park job

The parking garage at this location is the absolute worst. The spots are so tight you cannot get in and out of your car and often have to fight for a spot if you return later in the evening. There is only one way in and out so you often had to back up if someone else was attempting to come up on the same floor you were attempting to go down. The two bedroom condo we stay in was decent but the cable to the tv was missing to mirror your phone which was a great idea in theory but the hotel said they had no extra on hand for the tv in the living room. The bathroom door in the master suite was coming apart and didn’t close. The tv in the master was also the smallest tv in the condo. They had a little area set up outside to play cornhole and connect 4 but didn’t have the bags for cornhole so while we waited 4 1/2 hours for our room to be ready we just ended up sitting there. The kids ended up using the pool. Overall not a bad hotel but for the price it could have been much better.

We understand how tight all parking garages are and wish we had more space in our as well; we feel lucky as we are one of the last properties in the area that still have an attached garage as opposed to one across the street. We apologize that we did not have another streaming device available for the main room TV, we hate that people take these during their visit. We keep the corn hole bags at the desk so that they do not walk off and are available for everyone to use when needed. We hope the kids enjoyed the pools, and that you enjoyed your visit over all. We hope to see you at Grande Shores again soon!!
